Shipping policy

Important Notes:

• Customers who wish their order be shipped to a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect must choose a Parcel shipping option at checkout

• If untracked postage is selected as the postage method for an order, it will be at the buyer's risk.

• We ship all orders with Aus Post.

Handling Time:

Usually we will post orders 3-4 times each week.

Please allow for extra time around set releases as we will be busy with that.

• Standard Post - Singles: $2.20

Untracked - Max $50 

• Standard Tracked Post - Singles: $6.00

Tracked - Free for Orders over $150

• Express Post - Singles: $10.00

Shipping Options - Sealed:

• Standard Parcel Post - Sealed Product: $10.00

• Express Post - Sealed Product: $15

International Shipping:

• We ship to the following countries:

  • USA

  • Canada

  • UK & Ireland

We currently offer shipping estimates to our most frequent International customers but always welcome enquiries from residents in countries not listed. MakersTCG takes all care but no responsibility for untracked packages, please take this into consideration before purchasing. If you would like an estimate please Contact Us. 

*If your package weight exceeds 5kg then you will be charged a flat oversize rate.
