Returns & Refunds policy

Returns can be offered in the following situation:

  • Items are damaged or lost in transit when item was sent using a tracked postage service.

If an item arrives damaged, or has been lost, please contact us straight away.

Sales are final

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. All sales are final. Please review your order and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

Trading cards and collectibles have constantly fluctuating value, and thus we cannot accept returns due to Change of Mind because of a price change.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at info@makerstcg.com.au with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.
